Soley Art Studio – Terms & Conditions

By booking or attending an event hosted by Soley Art Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

All participants attend events at their own risk. Soley Art Studio is not responsible or liable for any injuries, accidents, damages, or loss of personal property that may occur during or as a result of attending our events. This includes, but is not limited to, slips, spills, allergic reactions, or damage to clothing or belongings.

2. Alcohol Consumption

Where alcohol is present, participants are responsible for consuming responsibly. Soley Art Studio assumes no liability for actions taken by attendees before, during, or after the event.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds will only be issued if a cancellation request is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.
No-shows will not be refunded.

4. Event Changes

Soley Art Studio reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a refund or credit toward a future event.

5. Artwork & Materials

All art materials are provided for use during the event only. Artwork created during the event belongs to the participant. Soley Art Studio is not responsible for damage to artwork after the event concludes.
